       AN  ACT  to amend the civil practice law and rules, in relation to elec-
         tronic communication of privileged communications                     
                                                                               
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:                                               
                                                                               
    1    Section  1. Section 4547 of the civil practice law and rules, as added
    2  by chapter 156 of the laws of 1998, is renumbered section 4548.         
    3    S 2.
