S05110-A - Signed June 25, 2001, Chapter 62 of the Laws of 2001.  Amends CPLR 213-b and adds statute of limitations in actions by crime victim against person convicted of certain crimes.  Also amends CPLR 5011 to require notification to Crime Victims Board and restrictions on prisoners' judgments and adds CPLR 5205(k) to provide partial exemption form execution or enforcement of judgment awarded to convicted person.
S00077  - Signed November 21, 2001, Chapter 473 of the Laws of 2001.  Amends CPLR Sections 304 & 306-b, to provide that a special proceeding shall be commenced by the filing of a petition and such petition with notice of petition or order to show cause shall be served within 120 days of the filing of the petition. See Report No. 3 dated January 31, 2001, approving the bill.
A08723-A - Signed September 19, 2001, Chapter 355 of the Laws of 2001.   Amends CPLR 2301 to add the requirement that a trial subpoena duces tecum shall state on the face thereof that all items delivered to the court pursuant thereto shall be accompanied by a copy of said subpoena.  Effective June 25, 2001.
A07344-B  Signed October 31, 2001, Chapter 392 of the Laws of 2001.  Amends CPLR 4532-a, by broadening the application of the provisions of the civil practice law and rules governing the admissibility of graphic and pictorial representations of medical or diagnostic tests in personal injury cases so as to encompass and medical diagnostic tests that may be developed in the future. 
A09113Signed August 6, 2001, Chapter 141 of the Laws of 2001. Amends CPLR 5205 and exempts deferred compensation plans, which satisfy the requirements of section 457 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, from execution, garnishment, attachment or any other process. Effective August 6, 2001.
S04341   Signed December 19, 2001, Chapter 567 of the Laws of 2001.  Amends CPLR 7502, by reviving the time for applying to confirm or contest an arbitration award when relief was denied solely on the ground the relief was sought in the wrong forum.
