CPLR Discussion Forums 

The Committee sponsors a  public forum for any issue relevant to the Committee on Civil Practice Law and Rules.  The List is sponsored by The New York State Bar Association.  We invite all those interested to subscribe to the list and participate in the discussion, and hope formulate and shape the CPLR

The Committee also maintains a private list for discussion among members of the Committee.  We invite your comments. If you are member of the Committee and not of the Public Forum, please send us your name and e-mail address.
